GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

Depending on the type of task, the following general terms & conditions apply to all our work:

  • Transport within the Netherlands: the “Algemene Vervoerscondities 2002 (AVC)” (Dutch General Terms & Conditions of Carriage), lodged with the clerks of the District Courts in Amsterdam and Rotterdam
  • International transport: The Convention on the Contract for the International Carriage of Goods (CMR), and in addition the aforementioned AVC
  • Company relocations, assembly work and machine removals: “Algemene Voorwaarden voor Bedrijfsverhuizingen” (General Terms & Conditions for Industrial Removals), issued by St. Vervoeradres and most recently lodged with the clerks of the District Courts in Amsterdam and Rotterdam in 2002 (AVB)
  • Storage/physical distribution: the “Physical Distribution voorwaarden 2000” (Terms & Conditions of Physical Distribution), lodged with the clerks of the District Courts in Amsterdam and Rotterdam on 1 September 2000
  • In addition to the above terms & conditions: The “algemene betalingsvoorwaarden” (General Terms & Conditions of Payment) of Transport en Logistiek Nederland, lodged with the clerk of the court of the District Court in The Hague on 2 July 2002, file no. 69.
